Join us for our monthly Trail Work Weekend! We will set up camp at the U.S. Forest Service Work Camp / Konnarock Crew Base Camp in Sugar Grove, Virginia.

About the event
Welcome to this PATH work weekend! Whether we base camp at the Sugar Grove facility, the Stony Fork Campground, or any other location, you will need to bring your camping/sleeping gear. The pods at Sugar Grove are not heated, but you will have a bed and covered roof. Otherwise, you will need to bring your tent. Please bring clothing appropriate for field work – long pants, toe-covered shoes. We will try to provide work site weather forecasts in advance so you can bring the right outer protective clothing. We will provide safety glasses, gloves, and other personal protective equipment (PPE). Please bring water containers for at least 2 quarts of water (potable water is available where we camp). Please bring your lunches for working in the field. Please bring any medications. We will provide a lite breakfast on Saturday morning at 8:00 followed by a safety briefing at 8:30 before…
