Some workers will be arriving early on Friday, but most will be there on Saturday morning... Please let us know by email to piedmontathikers@gmail.org or by RSVP to the event if you are coming for this work weekend. If basecamping overnight, we will be using the Konnarock work center pods (bring a sleeping bag) or you can pitch a tent or park a RV. Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes, bring work gloves, eye protection, at least 2 liters of water, your Saturday lunch in the field, and any medications. We will probably do a lot of walking on our 20 sub-trails to assess any winter damage and do minor trail repairs. Start time/job assignments will be on Saturday morning at 8:00.
